Rise Above Occupational Therapy is a private community occupational therapy service that was developed in the view to positively influence change in individuals living with physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

OUR ORIGIN:

After years of experience working within the public hospital sector, Kane, established Rise Above Occupational Therapy in order to provide personalised services and ensure all clients needs, preferences, and motives are accounted for in striving towards the attainment of individualised short term and long term goals.

OUR DELIVERY:

Rise Above ensures high quality and person centred occupational therapy services that is tailored for each individual client. It is also widely recognised that individuals achieve greater functional outcomes when able to access therapy services within their own familiar environment. Rise Above Occupational Therapy was purposely designed to provide a mobile service delivery model in accordance to this theory. Enabling clients to access evidence based occupational therapy services within the comfort of their own home in the view of optimising engagement and overall functional outcomes.
